Hi , The disks you are alking about need tobe used in Direct Play mode as explained in the User Manual page 17. This applies to the both type of disks you are trying to use.

A great tip from Roger there! Yes, you can combine Fingered and Single Fingered chords when you are in Single Fingered mode.

Test Files for PR900
Download the zip and extract the files onto a floppy disk.
Load each file in PR900 and note which files give errors.
Probably none of the files will play, we're just establishing which ones give an error.

I brought one of these USB Emulators, for my Technics 6500, took out the floppy drive and then noticed a post on another website that showed a switch being fitted or the emulator will show an error when loading. This put me off installing the emulator.

The main board on my KN7000 is not repairable, so before sending off to the rubbish tip...........never know might find a damaged keyboard somewhere

You can manipulate some Yamaha styles that way but not all of them and you will lose some data.

To let you know that we resolved this by email.
On KN920, you have to set the Expand Mode on Page 83 of the manual and then use the Load method on Page 88.
This probably applies to KN1500, KN920, KN930 and KN720.
