SD Jukebox: Copying Audio from PC to SD

When the program was originally published most WAV and MP3 files were copy protected. This is not usually the case now, so, when working with these files copy them to a new location for manipulation with SD Jukebox.

For example, I suggest you use a directory structure similar to the following and place copies of your files there:

My Documents > My Technics Keyboard Files > KN7000 > SD Audio > MP3s to Convert

STEP 1

Load the SD Jukebox program

STEP 2

Select Convert

STEP 3

If your file does not appear in the left hand column, select Browse to locate the folder

STEP 4

Select the file you wish to copy to SD

Note: You can select more than one file

STEP 5

Choose one of two types of compression

STEP 6

Select recording quality

STEP 7

Finally select Start

You have converted the files to an SD Secure format. You now need to send it to the SD Card.

STEP 8

Select Checkout

STEP 9

Select the file you wish to copy to SD

STEP 10

Type in a name for your play list (This is important when sequencing to audio)

STEP 11

Finally select start

You can see here how much space the files you have selected will take up on your card

Once this is completed simply remove the SD card from the PC Drive, insert the SD card into the KN7000 and press Play.
